30 Hour Sale Yaris Give Away Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose of the Lottery
The lottery is designed to promote sales of new & used motor vehicles through four (4) “30 Hour Sale” events during 2008 at Lander Toyota, Blacktown.

2. The Lottery
The lottery will be held in New South Wales and will consist of one (1) winner. The prize will consist of a 2008 Yaris YR 1.3Ltr 3 Door Hatch with Manual Transmission. Entry will only be allowed by way of purchasing a new or used vehicle from Lander Toyota during one (1) of four (4) 30 Hour Sale Events to be held during 2008. Proof of compliance will be a completed “Contract of Sale” and an official receipt of full payment supplied by Lander Toyota. The Contract of Sale must be signed and dated during the sale period. There will be one (1) prize draw on Wednesday 19th of November 2008. A copy of the front page of the Contract of Sale will be used as the entry form.

3. The Prize
One (1) new 2008 Yaris YR 1.3Ltr 3 Door Hatch with Manual Transmission will be given away at the lottery draw. The retail price will be up to $18,250 and shall include the cost of Dealer delivery fees, registration, stamp duty, GST and CTP insurance. The prize does not include comprehensive insurance. The winner may choose a base colour (non-metallic) vehicle from Lander Toyota stock.

4. Who May Enter
The lottery is open to all natural persons 18 years and over. The competition is not open to Fleet, Government and Taxi purchasers. Staff of Lander Toyota and their sub-contractors are not eligible to participate. The number of entries received will determine odds of winning. Only one entry per vehicle purchased is allowed during the competition period.

5. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
Submission of entry constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Terms & Conditions.

6. How to Enter
Entry can only be made by purchasing a new or used vehicle at the Lander Toyota “30 Hour Sale” events between the 01/01/08 and the 31/10/08. The sale events are planned for the months of January, April, June and October 2008. No entry fee is required.

7. Registration Period for Entries
Registration for the lottery will commence and conclude on the following dates and times: (a) Commences at 12:01 am on 1st January 2008 (b) Closes at 11:59pm on 31st of October 2008.

8. Lottery Draw Place & Times
The lottery draw shall be held at the premises of Lander Toyota 155 – 161 Main Street Blacktown NSW 2148, and take place at 3:00 pm on Wednesday 19th November 2008.

9. Selection of the winner
The winning name shall be drawn by the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) or his nominee.

10. Winner Selection
The winner shall be selected at random from amongst all eligible entries by a draw from a barrel. If the winner is not contactable or does not claim the prize within 90 days a second draw will be
conducted to determine a new winner at 3:00pm on Wednesday 4th of March 2008 at Lander Toyota 155 – 161 Main Street Blacktown, NSW 2148.

12. Notification of Winner
The winner in the draw shall be notified within 48 hours of the lottery draw by way of:
(a) email on the day of the lottery draw;
(b) by registered mail sent to their nominated address;
(c) by telephone;
(d) a notice will be placed on www.landertoyota.com.au web site.

14. Whether redeemable for Cash
The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash in whole or in part, nor exchanged for an alternative vehicle or prize.

15. Claiming Prize
The final winner of the lottery draw must take delivery of the vehicle within seven (7) days of being notified of the vehicle being ready for collection.

16. General Conditions
All decisions regarding the Promotion, including but not limited to selecting winners, will be made by Highland Autos Pty Ltd, whose decision shall be final. Highland Autos Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time prior to the draw. Any dispute pertaining to this Promotion shall be firstly adjudicated by the Lander Toyota Dealer Principal and if not settled shall be heard and under the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Court. If any provision of these rules is held illegal or unenforceable, the provisions not affected shall survive. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Highland Autos Pty Ltd to use winner's name, testimonials, likeness and hometown for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Highland Autos Pty Ltd, their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any claims, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion, including the use of any prize won.

17. Disputes
All disputes shall be settled by way of written submission to the Lander Toyota Dealer Principal and their decision shall be final.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTIONS IS A VIOLATION OF RELEVANT CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, HIGHLAND AUTOS PTY LTD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
